I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold All Seasons Travel responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or other inconvenience.

I accept that All Seasons Travel is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for any injury, damage or loss I may suffer for any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond the reasonable control of All Seasons Travel.

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact All Seasons Travel if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. Any inaccuracies must be reported to All Seasons Travel within 48 hours of receipt of travel documents or it may not be possible to make changes.

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and the origin of my passport, I may need to obtain a visa. Passport and visa information may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or by visiting the State Department's Web site at www.state.gov. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. To obtain medical information, you may contact the Centers For Disease Control at (404) 332-4559 or visit the CDC's Web site at www.cdc.gov

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. I understand that I may obtain information on travel insurance from All Seasons Travel.

The Web Site is owned and operated by All Seasons Travel. All information, including, without limitation text, graphics, software and all HTML, CGI and other codes and scripts in any format used to implement the Web Site ("Content") are the property of All Seasons Travel. The Content on the Web Site is for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit (re) publish, or otherwise distribute any Content from the Web Site except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions.

United States Copyright Law, Trademark Law and applicable international treaties and conventions governing intellectual property law protect all Content on the Web Site.

On the Web Site, All Seasons Travel provides access to travel-related services provided by third parties that All Seasons Travel does not control. All Seasons Travel is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such third party suppliers, which results in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions. All Seasons Travel does not guarantee any such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or protection of personal belongings, unless the word "guaranteed" is specifically stated on your tickets, travel itinerary or invoice. Furthermore, All Seasons Travel assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays for hotels, airlines or cruises.

Travelers who use the Web Site, assume full responsibility for, and hereby release All Seasons Travel from any duty of checking or verifying any passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. Travelers are also fully responsible for verifying all safety and security conditions for each destination. You agree that All Seasons Travel is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web Site. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, All Seasons Travel assumes no responsibility for standards of hygiene, cuisine, sanitation, medical treatment or telecommunications services. Nor is All Seasons Travel responsible for any political instability, terrorist activity, war, social or labor unrest, civil disturbances, arbitrary changes in government policies, local laws or customs, climatic conditions, methods of conducting business, military activity or emergency evacuation methods. All Seasons Travel shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. All Seasons Travel RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE. Travelers should consider obtaining travel insurance from a licensed insurer. All incidents of damaged, lost or stolen luggage should be reported in writing directly to your insurance company. Note that most airlines permit a maximum of two checked in bags and one carry-on piece. All excess luggage will be subject to additional charges by the airline.
